What is Nitric Oxide (NO)?
Many people wrongly think of Nitric Oxide as laughing gas or a fuel for racing cars. But Nitric Oxide or NO is a substance that is produced by the body itself. When you exercise , NO rapidly increases (study, study). It causes the blood vessels to widen, allowing blood and nutrients to quickly reach their destination. NO is important for your energy and stamina as well as your recovery.
Why is NO so important?
