Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the Returns & Withdrawal here, or in your order confirmation email or account order history, or send us a written statement to info@vital20.com.
Please note the following conditions:
  1. Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for return. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. You don't need to tell us why, but we'd appreciate it — it helps us improve.
  2. Opened food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
  3. Products delivered in damaged, defective or decayed condition are covered by our guarantee and qualify for return and/or replacement. Report the issue as soon as possible after delivery, and at the latest within 14 days, clearly stating your order number. We will replace your product(s) as soon as possible.
  4. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We'll arrange shipping according to the situation.
  5. Upon a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Note: All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
