Re-Lyte Hydration is a sugar-free electrolyte drink powder by Redmond, made in the USA with Real Salt from Redmond's own mine in Utah. Each portion combines sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium in a light, salty-sweet drink that fits easily into your day: at home, at work, before or after a workout, or while travelling. Available in Lemon Lime, Mango, Mixed Berry, Piña Colada, Strawberry Lemonade and Watermelon Lime.

Every Re-Lyte variety is made with Redmond Real Salt, an unrefined sea salt mined by Redmond from an ancient seabed in Redmond, Utah. Because Redmond mines its own salt, it controls the source from mine to product. Real Salt is the main source of sodium and chloride in Re-Lyte Hydration.
