Re-Lyte Hydration Unflavoured is an electrolyte drink powder by Redmond with just four ingredients: Real Salt from Redmond's own mine in Utah, potassium citrate and two forms of magnesium. No sweeteners, no flavourings and no sugar. It has a light, salty taste and mixes easily into water, a smoothie or any drink of your choice.

How to use
